We are taking every precaution to keep Clients and Appraisers safe during this pandemic.

This includes wearing masks to all appointments, use of hand sanitizers and practicing social distancing.

Full property inspections (interior and exterior) can be completed by the Appraiser with the use of PPE, social distancing, and following the current heath guidelines.

If you have COVID concerns, or are self isolating, a property owner could have the option for the appraiser to conduct a phone interview to ask questions about the property beforehand to limit direct contact time during an inspection. The appraiser would still perform an external inspection of the dwelling ( this includes the taking of pictures, notes and measurements by the appraiser), along with the property owner providing interior photos to be sent to the appraiser for the completion of the appraisal report.
