Sarah Casey is an AIC Candidate member. She graduated from Saint Mary’s university in 2014 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and is currently enrolled in the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia. Sarah has been a part of the real estate industry since 2017 and has completed a wide variety of residential appraisal assignments across the province.

Rachael A. Walsh, AIC candidate member

Junior Consultant, Valuation

Rachael Anne Walsh is an AIC Candidate Member. She is in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Business Degree at St. Francis Xavier University majoring in Accounting and working towards her Certificate in Real Property Valuation through the University of British Columbia. Rachael currently works on residential and commercial work, with a focus on the Northern and Highland Regions of the Province.

Shawna has worked in the customer service industry for over 21 years in several communities along the South Shore. Having lived in the Blandford/Chester/Mahone Bay area for most of her life, she is very familiar with the Bridgewater and surrounding areas. In her spare time, Shawna likes to dabble in writing, photography, and going on road trip adventures with her children.
